Do I need to prepare anything?
No extensive preparation is needed. Bring one question or challenge you’d like to discuss. For a CV-focused session, you can optionally share a nonconfidential CV through an agreed channel after booking. Please remove sensitive information.
Are consultations confidential?
Conversations are treated with discretion. Booking details are handled through Cal.com, payments through Stripe, and online sessions through Google Meet. Please avoid sharing confidential employer documents or sensitive personal information.
How are sessions delivered?
Sessions take place online through Google Meet. Complete payment in Cal.com to confirm your appointment, then look for your booking confirmation and meeting link. If either is missing, contact contact@ruyaai.net before making another payment.
Can you help me with workplace HR rules?
I can help you identify relevant policies, organize questions, and prepare discussions with HR or your manager. RUYA Career does not provide binding legal or HR determinations. Unsafe working conditions and health concerns should be raised through appropriate employer or qualified professional channels.
Can I reschedule my session?
Use the rescheduling link in your confirmation to choose another available time, or contact us for help. Cancellations made at least two business days before the session qualify for a full refund. Later cancellations and missed sessions are non-refundable. Rescheduling does not reset an expired refund entitlement.
How does the AED 49 credit work?
Complete a paid Discovery session, then book your first Strategy session within seven calendar days to receive AED 49 off: an additional payment of AED 150. Email contact@ruyaai.net after Discovery and before booking Strategy to arrange the credit. The standard Strategy checkout is AED 199; it does not automatically apply the offer.
